Mental strength


I often get asked how I stay motivated in such a profoundly debilitating state. I cant move a muscle below my neck and I rely on a team of great carers to assist me for every need.
The answer is quite simple, I keep a positive attitude towards life. Now that may sound simple, but humans specialise in complicating life. The way to stay motivated and keep a positive attitude is to focus on where you are going in life, not where you have been or what you have lost.
Eliminate any complaints or winging and become a mental bear trap of strength. There is a famous quote and it goes something like this 'grow some b#%*s', I'll be the first to admit that life's tough but the only way to overcome the challenges and obstacles is to take a spoon full of cement and harden the f%#k up!! Get focused on where you are going and what you want from life. Once you have accepted the fact that things just don't get handed to you on a platter and that you attract into your life what you think (The law of attraction).......then your on the right track.
There is no doubt that attitude is everything and once you have the right attitude, 'everything is possible'!!
